The Unlimited plan and the Unlimited Turbo plan cover 104 countries. Plans with a phone number cover 168 countries. Fixed-data plans cover 200 countries.
Data-only plans range from 200 MB to 20 GB, last 3 to 365 days and start at Rp 70.000. Plans with a phone number, which also include minutes and SMS, range from 1 GB to 20 GB, last 7 to 365 days and start at Rp 288.000. Unlimited plans last 1 to 10 days and start at Rp 558.000.

For a week of travel with maps, messages and email, the 1 GB plan for 7 days (Rp 153.000) is usually enough. With social media and video, expect to use 3 to 5 GB per week: the 5 GB plan for 30 days costs Rp 605.000. For heavy use or work, unlimited plans start at Rp 558.000 for 1 day. If you need to make calls or receive texts, there are plans with a phone number from Rp 288.000.
Which countries does the Global eSIM cover?
In total, the plans cover 202 countries, including the United States, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom and Japan. The Unlimited plan and the Unlimited Turbo plan cover 104 countries. Plans with a phone number cover 168 countries. Fixed-data plans cover 200 countries. Only the 104-country plans include Bulgaria and Guam.
Does the Global eSIM come with a phone number?
Yes. Choose “Data, calls & texts” and you get a phone number, 10 to 200 minutes and SMS, depending on the plan. On data-only plans, WhatsApp stays on your usual number.
This eSIM includes a +1 (US-based) phone number for global use. Call forwarding and voicemail are not supported. Restrictions apply to extended use (over 91 days) in Turkey under local law.
How much data do I need for a 15-day trip?
With maps, messages and email, expect to use about 1 GB per week: the 2 GB plan for 15 days costs Rp 296.000. With social media and video, it's more like 3 to 5 GB per week: the 10 GB plan for 30 days costs Rp 1.013.000.
eSIM, local SIM or roaming: which is best for your trip?
An eSIM does the job of a local SIM card, but you install it before you fly, with nothing to pick up and no need to remove your primary SIM. Global eSIM plans start at Rp 70.000. With roaming, you pay whatever your carrier charges; with the eSIM, you know the price before you travel.
Can I top up without switching eSIMs?
On most plans, yes: you top up the same eSIM from your account or the Wavee app, with no new QR code and nothing to install. The top-up screen shows the plans that work with your eSIM.
Can I use my phone as a hotspot?
Usually yes, but it depends on the plan and the local network. If it matters for your trip, talk to us before you buy.
What if I can't use the eSIM?
You have up to 30 days after purchase to request a refund. If the eSIM has not been activated yet, we refund the full amount, whatever the reason (canceled trip, incompatible or locked phone). If it's activated but doesn't work, our support team helps you fix it; if we don't solve it within 10 days, we refund everything or the unused part.
