Jordan eSIM

For a week in Jordan with maps, messages and email, the 1 GB plan for 7 days (RM 17.79) is usually enough. With social media and video, expect to use 3 to 5 GB per week: the 5 GB plan for 30 days costs RM 68.19. For heavy use or work, unlimited plans start at RM 95.39 for 3 days.

The Jordan eSIM works on the Umniah and Zain networks, with up to 5G speeds where available.

The unlimited plan is regional: it works in 13 countries, including Jordan, and its validity period starts when the eSIM connects to a network in any of them. On this plan, you get up to 4G on Zain.

No. Jordan eSIM plans are data only. WhatsApp stays on your usual number, and you can keep your primary SIM in your phone.

With maps, messages and email, expect to use about 1 GB per week: the 2 GB plan for 15 days costs RM 30.59. With social media and video, it's more like 3 to 5 GB per week: the 10 GB plan for 30 days costs RM 119.39. If you'd rather not track your usage, 15 days of unlimited data costs RM 331.59.

An eSIM does the job of a local SIM card, but you install it before you fly, with nothing to pick up and no need to remove your primary SIM. For Jordan, plans start at RM 17.79, and 30 days of unlimited data costs RM 419.69 (RM 13.99 per day). With roaming, you pay whatever your network charges; with the eSIM, you know the price before you travel.

On most plans, yes: you top up the same eSIM from your account or the Wavee app, with no new QR code and nothing to install. The top-up screen shows the plans that work with your eSIM.

Usually yes, but it depends on the plan and the local network. If it matters for your trip, talk to us before you buy.

You have up to 30 days to request a refund in eligible cases: a cancelled trip, an incompatible or locked phone, or an eSIM that doesn't connect. We review every request, and our support team will first try to fix the problem with you on WhatsApp or by email.
