eSIM, local SIM or roaming: which is best for Thailand?
An eSIM does the job of a local SIM card, but you install it before you fly, with nothing to pick up and no need to remove your primary SIM. For Thailand, plans start at RSD 450, and 30 days of unlimited data costs RSD 7,610 (RSD 253.67 per day). With roaming, you pay whatever your carrier charges; with the eSIM, you know the price before you travel.
Can I top up without switching eSIMs?
On most plans, yes: you top up the same eSIM from your account or the Wavee app, with no new QR code and nothing to install. The top-up screen shows the plans that work with your eSIM.
Can I use my phone as a hotspot?
Usually yes, but it depends on the plan and the local network. If it matters for your trip, talk to us before you buy.
What if I can't use the eSIM?
You have up to 30 days after purchase to request a refund. If the eSIM has not been activated yet, we refund the full amount, whatever the reason (canceled trip, incompatible or locked phone). If it's activated but doesn't work, our support team helps you fix it; if we don't solve it within 10 days, we refund everything or the unused part.
