An eSIM (Embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card that can be installed directly on your smartphone or other mobile devices. It's an alternative to the physical SIM card you're used to.

When you purchase your eSIM, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions to install it immediately using a QR code or manual code. Your eSIM is also available under My eSIMs in your account — if the email doesn't arrive, that's where to find it.

Smartphones with eSIM technology enabled are compatible as long as the device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Check compatibility on this page.

Choose by trip length and by how you use data. For maps, messaging and email, 1 GB usually covers a week. If you use social media and video, plan for 3 to 5 GB a week. For remote work or heavy use, an unlimited plan works out cheaper than topping up several times. Every plan is delivered instantly by QR Code, and you can top up without switching eSIM.

Open the eSIM you want to check under My eSIMs in your account: the screen shows how much you've used, how much is left, and how long the plan is valid. On plans with a phone number, voice and SMS have their own balance when available. When your plan is about to run out or expire, we let you know by email and by app notification — no need to keep checking.
