Refund and Return Policy – Wavee Global
Wavee Global values transparency and customer satisfaction. As this is a digital product (eSIM), this policy follows specific rules.
1. Nature of the Product
The products sold by Wavee Global are digital (eSIM), delivered electronically via QR Code, without physical shipping.
For this reason, specific rules apply to returns and refunds.
2. Right of Withdrawal (45 days)

The customer may request a full refund within 45 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

The activation and installation of the eSIM alone does not prevent reimbursement.

The eSIM will be considered consumed and not eligible for refund only when the plan is started and there is partial or total data consumption, according to the rules applicable to digital products.
3. eSIM Not Activated

If the eSIM has not been activated, the customer may choose to:

full refund

The request must be made before the plan's expiration date.
4. Technical Issues
In the event of a proven technical failure that prevents the eSIM from functioning, Wavee Global may, after analysis:

provide a new replacement eSIM or issue a full or partial refund

The following are not considered technical defects eligible for reimbursement:

device incompatible with eSIM technology
-
device locked by carrier
-
user configuration error
-
attempt to use outside the plan's coverage area
-
total or partial consumption of the data package
5. Unlimited Plans
For unlimited plans, usage is subject to fair use policy. After the daily high-speed limit has been used up, the connection continues at a reduced speed, as described on the product page.
The reduction in speed after daily consumption does not constitute a service failure and does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Refund Request
To request a refund review, the customer must contact our support team with the following information:

The review period is up to 5 business days.
7. Method of Reimbursement
Once approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the card issuer, bank, or chosen payment method.
8. Data Protection (LGPD)
Wavee Global collects and uses personal data solely for the purposes of order processing, support, and legal compliance, in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

9. Acceptance of the Policy
By completing the purchase, the customer declares to be aware of and in agreement with this Refund, Return, and Privacy Policy.
